Medium Jerk Marinade


If you’ve ordered jerk chicken, jerk wings or our jerk chicken burrito, chances are you’ve had our medium jerk. Our jerk gravy is also made using this marinade; we aren’t rushing to give that recipe out, though!

Ingredients: Onion 30%, Scotch Bonnet Pepper 25%, Spring Onion 8%, Vinegar 9%, Garlic 6%, Soy Sauce 6%, Vegetable Oil 5%, Orange 3%, Pimento 2%, Salt 2%, Clove 2%, Cinnamon 1%, Nutmeg 1%

Allergen: Wheat, Barley, Gluten, Soya

Mama’s Suggested Recipe

Grilled Jerk Chicken


  • 1 kg of meat
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of Mama's Jerk Marinade
  • Salt



Add 2 ½ tablespoons of Mamas Jerk marinade to 1 kg of meat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and a few sprinkles of salt. Rub marinade into meat and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.


Simply grill or oven bake until cooked.
