Mama Jacq’s handmade Extra Hot Jerk marinade. Jammed packed with vegetables, herbs, and spices.

When we say its hot, take our word for it. Approach with caution !!!

Ingredients – Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Onion, Garlic, Pimento , Soy Sauce, Salt, Nutmeg, Cinnamon , Ginger , Orange , Vegetable Oil , Clove , Vinegar , Black Pepper , Thyme.

Mama’s Suggested Recipe

Grilled Jerk Lamb Cutlets


  • 1kg Lamb Cutlets
  • Mamas Jerk marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt



Add 2 ½ tablespoons of Mamas Jerk marinade to 1 kg of meat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and a few sprinkles of salt. Rub marinade into meat and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.


Simply grill or oven bake until cooked.
